Returnable Items


Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item must meet the following criteria:


1. Defective items that arrive damaged/broken or soiled.


2. Items received in the wrong size/color.


3. Items that have not been washed, worn, and used within 30 days of receipt and do not meet your expectations.


Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for the following:


1. Items that are beyond the 30-day warranty period.


2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, or misused.


Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.


Returns Process and Timeframe


Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize delays:


1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket with our Support Center stating your:

2. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with our return address.


3. Please return the item as per the instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and valid return receipt.


4. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you and arrange a replacement or refund within 3 days.


Please allow our after-sales team 3-6 business days to process your request. Thereafter, please note the following refund times:


For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.


For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.


For e-wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.


Return Shipping Costs and Address


We aim to provide a service that benefits all of our loyal customers. All of our other global customers can return to our warehouse. Please always contact us by submitting a ticket to obtain a R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the relevant address before returning your item.


1. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping costs. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method.
